On the Login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link valid for 1 hour.
Please check your spam folder. If the email has not arrived, you can request a new one from the Login page by clicking "I did not receive my validation email".
Log in and go to My account › Security. In the "Change my password" section, enter your current password and choose a new one (minimum 12 characters).
You can unsubscribe at any time: either via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email, or from My account › My profile by unchecking the newsletter option.
Go to My account › My profile. You can update your title, first name, last name (or company name) and newsletter preferences.
Email address changes are handled by our team. From My account › My profile, click "Contact support" below your email address: your mail client will open with the subject and your current address already pre-filled.
Go to My account › Security, then click "Delete my account". This action is irreversible. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
From My account › My addresses, you can add, edit or delete your delivery and billing addresses.
Go to My account › My orders to find your full order history, their status and available invoices.
From My account › My orders, click on the relevant order. The "Cancel" button is available as long as the order has not yet started being prepared.
Find your saved wines from My account › My favourites. You can remove them at any time.
From My account › Security, the "Active sessions" section lists all devices connected to your account. You can revoke any session.
In accordance with GDPR, you can download all your data from My account › GDPR export. The JSON file contains your account information, orders and addresses.
